Is official laughter day! I know that the day already went past, but I still think it's an alright idea to recognize the element of laughter today-- after all, where would MLP be without Pinkie? in a better place

It's a google chrome theme.. of Pinkie Pie! I mean, I dunno about you but I'm never changing this one. If you don't have google chrome, I suggest getting it! But if not, here's a version for firefox!
